Hey ladies and gents I was just wondering if you wonderful people knew of any parent and child groups in or around the Portslade area. Me and my son Aiden go to the stay and play at the children's centre on Thursday but other then that I don't really know of any others and would love to find more places for me and Aiden to go.

Hi Kerrie thanks for your post, I was wondering if you had tried the Family Information Service as they have lots of information about different groups going on across the city, you can contact them on 01273 293545, or pop in and see them at Brighton Town Hall, Bartholomew Square, Brighton BN1 1JR, they also have a website you could check out http://brighton.childrensservicedirectory.org.uk. You could also ask the Parent Involvement Worker - Jan based at Portslade Children Centre, she may be able to let you know about other groups in the area. I hope you find what you are looking for!
