P.R.O.U.D 1 TODAY

On October 1st 2008 P.R.O.U.D are celebrating being 1 year old. We have been running our group on wednesdays 1pm-3pm weekly at the Roundabout Children's Centre Whitehawk. I was lucky enough to meet many members of the forum at the Dome fun day and the recent forum meeting at the funplex Bevendean.
I would like to thank everyone who has supported us in the past year. Special thanks go to Janet Cupidi development worker Whitehawk, Sue Moore Centre Manager, Claudia, Martin and Rhiann Parents who have supported the group on a weekly basis and all the forum readers who have taken an interest.
If you are a Parent/Carer/Guardian who has difficulties leaving the place you live and have a child 0-5yrs and would like to enjoy play with your child/ren, contact the centre or mail this event and group discussion to make initial contact. If you have visited P.R.O.U.D in the past do come and enjoy our celebrations with us.
We are in the process of talks in view of having a group in the WEST of the city? Anyone interested????? Hope to meet or chat with anyone interested very soon. Karen.

PROUD is now 2. We shall be celebrating our great success on 27th October 2009, any past members are welcome to come see us and anyone who would like to find out about our great group can make contact through the Roundabout Children's Centre, Whitehawk.
