The group uses a variety of activities and games to teach some basic assertiveness skills to children who may have been bullied in the past or who have low self-esteem. SNAP Groups provide a range of life-skills to children and assist in putting them into practice through role-play and self-defence moves, adding to their problem-solving methods and helping them to keep themselves safe in the community or at school.
