The Play Service will be running four fun packed Playing for Health Road Shows over the summer holidays, as well as the National Play Day event in Hove Park on Wednesday 4th August.

The Road Shows will offer a range of exciting and challenging play activities to encourage children and their families to get involved in active play. The days will include the Play Bus and contributions from a range of services and organisations around the theme of Playing for Health.

National Play Day will offer a family play day with the Play Bus and lots of exciting and creative activities from many different services plus a mix of other performers, entertainers and workshop leaders.

The theme of this year's National Play Day is Our Place. Our Place puts children at the heart of our communities and asks everyone young and old, to help create better places for all of us to live and play. All the events are free of charge and will run from 11am to 3pm.
