First edition - keep safe newsletter
Safety Net is an independent registered charity which aims to promote safety and wellbeing for children, young people and families, in the home, school and community. They have a practice base established over 10 years which includes a home visiting service for families with children aged 5 – 11 in the East Brighton area, a schools’ programme of work across Brighton and Hove to promote emotional wellbeing and bullying prevention, and community child safety events and activities. They have also developed a range of training programmes based on proven methods developed of working for the community, voluntary and statutory sectors.
Now they have produced a new KEEP SAFE NEWSLETTER to help keep parents and carers informed about ideas to keep children safe. Included in the First Edition is; parent survey results, information on low cost safety equipment, alcohol safety for children, bullying prevention groups and much more.
