Assertiveness Courses for kids

If we thought about it, we would all like our children to be confident and popular.  Perhaps you child has been bullied or suffers from low self esteem.  Safety Net is offering new assertiveness courses for children aged 9 - 11, that may help your child.

Safety Net is a local charity committed to promoting safety and well being for all children ages 5 - 11 in their home, school and community.

The new series of courses, funded by money received from Children in Need, are designed to help your child to have more faith in themselves and their decisions.

The first course is due to start on Wednesday August 5th at the Whitehawk Youth Centre from 10am - 2pm.

There are still places available for this course and there will be other courses that will be held in different places in Brighton and Hove in coming months.

To book a place on the August 5th course for your child, or to discuss future courses, email Den McCartney at den.mccartney@safety-net.org.uk.
