New Parents Website Forum Launched Archived
After a slightly longer than expected wait we are glad to announce the launch of the parents' forum online discussion boards.
The boards are provided to encourage parents to talk to each other wherever they live in the city bringing down the barriers of time and travel. You can post topics when YOU want to about things that matter to YOU!
Please feel free to browse the boards but to post you just need to follow a simple log-in.
We are hoping parents will feel free to discuss issues, give advice and ask questions on areas specific to them and the city we live in.
Please don't forget to tell your friends and family about the discussion boards, we need the families of Brighton & Hove to bring them alive and keep them fresh.

The Children's Information Service has changed it's name and image and has been relaunched as - The Family Information Service. It has also launched a new online Family Services Directory which brings together in one place information on services for children, young people and families in Brighton & Hove. Whether you are looking for:
- activities for under 5s
- youth groups
- support for teenage parents
- or anything else of relevance to 'families'

Have you got any ideas for a name for the new integrated child development centre located on the Brighton General Hospital site which will open this Summer?
The old centre - 'the MacKeith Centre' currently sited at the Royal Alexandra Hospital will be making way for the new building, at a new site but this needs a appropriate new name that parents and children will recognise.
