This is a London 2012 Open Weekend event. 

The Prince Regent Swimming complex is offering visitors an afternoon of diving  and sychronised swimming taster sessions, with qualified instructors, and fun races to round off the afternoon.

Diving: 1:15-2pm

Synchronised Swimming: 2-3pm

Races: 3-4pm    

This event is free to those in the pool.  Don't forget to get your children's (under 16) their membership card to use all Brighton and Hove Pools for free.
