Live Food Stage 2010
The 2010 Live Food Show will take place this year in Pavilion Gardens on Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th September. Hosted by our favourite, local food critic and author Andrew Kay the jam packed 2-day event will showcase local restaurants, celebrated chefs, mixologists - there is even going to be a ukulele making finale for the kids!
This year Andrew will be joined by highly acclaimed Henry Harris, Chef/Patron Racine who got in to the restaurant industry at an early age where his Father owned Le Grandgousier in Brighton for seventeen years. Also making an appearance will be Steven Wallis, Masterchef 2007 Champion. Steven's signature cooking style is utilising seasonal, fresh produce so Brighton's celebration of local ingredients seemed the perfect choice.
With seating for up to 100 and TV monitors screening the 40 minute demonstrations please come and support the following participants. The Live Food Show is a free event to be enjoyed by all.
