This is a London 2012 Open Weekend Event.

Local boxers will be show casing their talents in a full size boxing ring in Jubilee Square as part of the project "Gloves On".

Ragroof Theatre are currently working with local boxing clubs to develop an outdoor, night time performance, gathering local boxers stories and choregraphing scenes with young people from Brighton & Hove.

The local clubs involved in the project, including Moulsecoomb ABC, will be presenting boxing displays throughout the afternoon.

Former Commonwealth and British Heavyweight Champions Julius Francis (Boxing 4 Schools) and Scott Welch (Hove ABC) will be offering free taster sessions in non-contact boxing for boys and girls of all ages.
