Brighton Chocolate Festival
Following two popular festivals at Southbank Centre in London, the Chocolate Festival arrives in the vibrant city of Brighton in March, as part of the Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival 2010. It promises to be the perfect place to stock up on all your Easter essentials, as well as increase your knowledge about the sweet brown stuff!
The Festival will consist of dozens of stalls featuring some of the best UK chocolatiers such as William Curley, best British chocolatier for three years in succession, Damian Allsop, Paul Wayne Gregory as well as chocolate companies showcasing and selling their products, all individually focused on one area of the delicious world of chocolate, whether it is making it, drinking it, or eating it.
This two-day free event includes kits to make raw chocolate at home, hot chocolate to slurp down and even chocolate cocktails and chocolate-infused savoury treats, as well as bars and truffles in a variety of flavours, shapes and sizes.
If you are a chocoholic, or you know someone that is, then you cannot afford to miss this event, and snap up some Easter treats into the bargain!
