The time has come to repeat our annual 'How Are We Doing' survey to get your feedback about what you like about what we do and what we could improve on, to ensure that we are still giving the parents' and carers of Brighton and Hove what they want and to give you all a chance to win an exclusive prize!

We have put together an online questionnaire and we are asking for just a few minutes of your busy time for you to answer as many questions as you possibly can about what your views are on the different ways we communicate to the parents in the city. 

The questionnaire should on average take around 5-10 minutes to complete.  It is fairly easy to answer and will help us to ensure we are getting the message out about the importance of parental consultation when the CYPT develops or makes changes to family services.

Those that fill out the questionnaire will be in with a chance to win 2 of 100 tickets to an exclusive event at the Sealife Centre (Brighton) on Tuesday 1st June from 6-9pm. We will have sole use of the centre, with special activities and refreshments available. We will also be there to meet with families and talk to them about the Parents' Forum and the work we are doing in the city.  

We will leave this questionnaire open until 18th June but due to the event you need to complete it by 31st May to have a chance of being a winner of the Sealife tickets. The winners will be contacted by the 31st May latest.
